1. Shipping 1.1 After placing an order through our online store, we strive to ship the order within one business day, provided that the product is in stock and no other indication is given with the product. 1.2 Shipping costs will be clearly stated during the checkout process and are dependent on the destination and weight of the package.

2. Returns and Exchanges 2.1 We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If, however, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the option to return or exchange the product within 14 days. 2.2 Returns or exchanges can be made in-store or via mail. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 2.3 To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be unopened, unworn, and in its original condition, including all packaging materials and labels. 2.4 Please note that due to hygiene reasons, earrings and piercings cannot be returned.
